Con Sardellis started his catering event management business Sardellis Catering Concepts more than 20 years ago. From humble beginnings, today he runs a thriving catering and event management business that manages hundreds of private and high profile functions across government, sporting, corporate and small business sectors each year.

In early 2015, he was approached by Pastry Chef Nicholaos Katatriotis about experimenting and perfecting his authentic desserts and pastries and supplying them at Sardellis Catering Concept functions to gain feedback from guests.

The response from guests was overwhelmingly positive and a partnership and commitment to producing honest and deliciously unique desserts was born.
